Oklahoma State Talk on Globalization

Oklahoma State’s Regents Professors Group recently hosted Lloyd Armstrong of the University of Southern California, who spoke on “The Globalization of American Higher Education: Approaching the Tipping Point.” The video of the presentation is here and runs about 80 minutes.
